무역계약, 자주쓰는표현 - Other expressions

"The buyer shall be liable of and hold the seller harmless from and against all losses and damages."

"All business transactions entered into between sellers and buyers shall be as principals to principals(본인 대 본인) on their own account and responsibility."

"In case of non-performance of this contract, the party breaking this contract is to compensate for the loss to the other party incurred in non-performance."
